Order processing
Orders confirmed before 15:00 on a business day leave our warehouse that afternoon. Weekend orders, holiday orders, and late submissions dispatch the next working day. You receive an automated confirmation with your order reference right away.
All ergonomic chairs, height-adjustable desk frames, and monitor mounts are packed using reinforced double-wall corrugated cartons, custom high-density edge protectors, and internal shock-absorbent cellular foam. Mechanical components, gas lift cylinders, and precision bolts are enclosed in sealed hardware pouches to prevent transit abrasion or component displacement.
Tracking your parcel
Upon dispatch from our UK warehouse, an automated electronic notification containing a direct consignment tracking reference is sent via email and SMS, enabling real-time milestone monitoring through the chosen carrier portal.
Lost or delayed parcel
If carrier tracking shows no progress for 5 business days, alert our staff at [email protected] with your order reference. We initiate an official carrier trace and either re-ship your order or issue a full refund, per your instruction, within 10 business days.
Damaged on arrival
If exterior parcel damage or internal component defect is observed upon arrival, the recipient must record photographic evidence of both outer packaging and the affected merchandise. Notify our customer operations within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected] to initiate an immediate carrier investigation and a replacement dispatch.
Payment methods
We support Cash on delivery. We never ask for card numbers or banking passwords via email or phone.
Delivery outside United Kingdom
We deliver to specified international destinations. Rates and transit schedules appear in your basket before checkout. The buyer settles all local import duties and taxes.
