Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from physical delivery to return any item purchased from Nodum Workspaces, unconditionally. This document outlines requirements, procedure, transport costs, and reimbursement timing.
Conditions
To qualify for a refund within the mandatory 30-day window, ergonomic furniture and workspace accessories must be in original, uninstalled condition, free of tooling marks, assembly scratches, or surface wear. All items must be packed inside original manufacturer shipping cartons accompanied by all structural fittings, instruction manuals, and packaging inserts.
Return procedure
- Submit an electronic return request to [email protected] citing the original order number, specific item references, and the reason for withdrawal.
- Obtain an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) document containing our verified domestic UK returns hub address.
- Repack the dismantled item safely in original protective corrugated layers, affixing the RMA paperwork securely inside the carton.
- Receive reimbursement to your designated UK bank account within 3 to 10 business days following technical inspection and verification at our warehouse.
Who pays return shipping
For flawed, broken, or misdirected parts, we cover carriage: we provide a pre-addressed label or schedule courier collection. For regular voluntary returns, you cover return transport; we subtract no additional handling fees.
Refund timing and method
We transfer funds within 3 business days once the merchandise clears inspection. Cash-on-delivery payments return via direct bank wire to your nominated account; bank transfers credit the originating account. Settlement takes 1-5 business days depending on interbank clearing.

Exchanges
To switch to another configuration, size, or model, initiate a return and submit a separate purchase; we credit returned equipment promptly upon delivery. When an exchange stems from our operational error, we dispatch the replacement free of freight charges.
Cancelling an order
You can revoke an order without fee at any stage before warehouse dispatch. Submit your request and order number to [email protected]. Once a parcel departs, standard return rules govern the process.
