Ordering and contract

Your order registers upon completing the final step in checkout. We send receipt acknowledgement by email; our mutual contract takes legal effect upon product dispatch from our facility. We reserve the authority to decline orders due to stock exhaustion or unconfirmed customer data, issuing an immediate refund for any transferred funds.

Prices and payment

All rates appear in GBP inclusive of statutory VAT where relevant. Freight charges calculate openly prior to final payment authorization. Permitted settlement channels: Cash on delivery. Should an evident numerical tariff error occur, we contact you prior to dispatch to either ratify the corrected price or void the transaction.

Product images and colours

Our product photographs represent the exact equipment we fabricate and stock. Display calibration, rendering engines, and ambient illumination affect screen coloration; minor chromatic variance does not constitute a manufacturing flaw nor justify compensated returns. Structural dimensions, timber specifications, and included hardware are catalogued on each product page.

Transfer of risk

We assume complete liability for shipments until physical release to you or your designated recipient at the shipping address. Custody and damage risks transfer upon handover. Record visible exterior packaging damage with the carrier on the receipt note and report it to our team within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You can initiate a product return within 30 days of delivery under the terms detailed on our Returns page. Goods supplied carry statutory conformity rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, guaranteeing that items correspond with their technical description, demonstrate satisfactory durability, and are fit for workspace utility. Mechanical lifting columns and gas-assist cylinders carry an extended 24-month structural conformity warranty against manufacturing imperfections.

• Workstations, tabletops, or components custom-cut, drilled, or finished to bespoke consumer specifications.
• Consumable surface cleaning kits, desk mat conditioners, or maintenance fluids with compromised seals.
• Personal comfort textiles, including memory foam seat cushions, lumbar pads, and wrist rests, once the outer hygienic seal has been removed.
• Fastener kits, hardware units, or modular rails that have been assembled, mounted, or inseparably intermixed with other household goods.
• Digital workspace setup blueprints, software licenses, or downloadable user guides unsealed or accessed by the consumer.

Liability

Except for liability arising from gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under United Kingdom law, our collective legal liability shall not exceed the total sum paid for the specific order or £100.00, whichever amount is smaller. Nothing within these legal terms limits liability that mandatory statutory law forbids restricting.

Age and use

Purchasers must have reached 18 years of age to order. Equipment must be operated according to structural guidelines; our products do not constitute orthopedic or medical therapy.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with sales shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Kingdom. Should direct communication fail to resolve a dispute, jurisdiction belongs to the competent court where the seller is registered, without affecting statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
