We accept direct bank transfer and cash on delivery. When choosing bank transfer, you receive our UK account details and an official proforma invoice upon completing checkout. For cash on delivery, you inspect the shipping boxes and hand payment directly to the courier upon arrival.
How are orders checked and dispatched?
Every workstation component undergoes a physical audit prior to crating, checking finish consistency, thread alignments, and mechanical action. Orders confirmed by 15:00 on business days enter our scheduled packing stream for courier handover.
What is your return process if an item does not suit my space?
We maintain an exact 30-day return policy starting from the date your shipment is delivered. Products must be completely unused, unassembled, and kept in their original packaging with all hardware packets intact. Contact our support team to register your return reference before dispatching goods back.
